Summer Hello

We would like to say a massive well done to all of the children and their families for working so hard to keep learning going at home. It has been wonderful seeing all of the amazing things that you have been up to.

During the summer holidays, it is really important that the children relax, rest and recharge so that they are ready for their return to school in September. So have fun spending time together as a family and doing the sorts of things that you would normally do during the summer holidays. As the current situation may have limited the activities that are available to families, we have put together a list of activities and challenges that you can have a go at as a family.

Fingers crossed for lovely weather.

Have an amazing summer!

Miss Cooper and Miss Robinson

School Closure Home Learning

Please see below learning to complete at home. There is an expectation that children will complete one Literacy, one Maths, and one Topic activity per day, though we do understand that this may not always be possible. Feel free to complete the activities in

any order.

For additional ideas and resources we have put links to a number of useful websites at the bottom of this page.

We'd love to hear how you're getting on or help if you get stuck, so please do email us!

Mrs Cave would also love to hear about anything musical you have been doing - you can email her at music@wheatley.oxon.sch.uk

We also recommend setting a timetable for your day so that you can keep some routine while not at school. To help with this there is a visual timetable similar to the ones we use in school attached below.
