Y5/6 Oak, Elm and Pine

Welcome to Oak, Elm and Pine's learning page!

Welcome to the Year 5 and 6 phase learning page. On this page, you will be able to find out what the children in Upper Key Stage 2 are planning to learn about in each term. You will also be able to access key curriculum documents and resources that will enable you to support your child at home. All home learning, and remote learning in the event of school closure, will be on Teams. Please speak to your child's class teacher if you need any support with this.
