The governors, co-headteachers and pupils seek to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Support Worker to join our 'Good' school. Our pupils are loved, nurtured and enabled to succeed in an atmosphere of high expectation.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is passionate about supporting children with all aspects of their learning and development
  • is a reflective practitioner with high aspirations for children
  • has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who will work closely and confidently with parents, staff and external agencies 
  • has experience of the EYFS curriculum, early childhood development and learning journeys
  • is knowledgeable and excited by new developments in EYFS policy and practice, including the introduction of the EYFS Framework

The post is for 34 hours a week, 8.15am - 3.30pm daily with an additional hour once a week for team meetings.
