Welcome to KS1 Mulberry, Sycamore and Chesnut's learning page. On this page, you will be able to find out what we are planning to learn about this term. You will also be able to access key curriculum documents along with home learning resources that will enable you to support your child at home.

How to contact us 💬👩🏻‍🏫

All class teachers can be contacted via Class Dojo or through the school office. 

PE ⚽️⛹️‍♀️

On PE days your child should come to school wearing their PE kit (white t-shirt with navy blue or black shorts or jogging bottoms AND trainers/plimsoles). We have PE twice a week.

Every Friday we do a reading raffle in each class, to help motivate our children to read at home. To be entered into our weekly raffle, send a picture or message to your child’s teacher on class dojo to confirm they have read at least 4-5 times during that week.

Home Learning:

Please ensure that home learning is completed each week. 

• Reading 📚
  • Please read a minimum of 5 times per week.
  • Records of your child's reading will need to be sent to Class Dojo each week along with any comments about how well they are word reading and comprehending.
• Maths ➕➖✖️➗
  • Please count everyday (in the useful documents section there are some suggested counting activities).  Records of this will need to be sent via Class Dojo. 
  • If possible, to log on to numbots for at least 5 mins 3x a week!
